Boil 2 liters of clean water with washed fresh guava leaves.

Allow it to boil for about 25minutes before bring it down from the burner/stove.

 

Keep it on the floor and allow it to cool to room temperature.

Use a grater to filter the water from the boiled guava leaves into the 2 liters gallon you bought.

Drink one cup early in the morning and one cup before going to bed.

Wash the improve and stop immediately you have achieved the result.

Do not soak the guava leaves.
