Your notification helps heighten your smartphone consciousness, so turn it off. You must not respond to every notification, it’s a distraction. To overcome smartphone addiction, pick your phone and go to your settings and turn off the notifications for as many apps as you can.

TAKE DISTRACTIONS FROM YOUR HOME SCREEN

Some of them include your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram apps. Take them out, and stay sane!! And, if you use them for your business, then you can regulate their use.

KEEP YOUR DEVICE OUT OF BED

Do away with the late-night use of smartphones, use an alarm clock, a handy torchlight, and a bible where necessary. Also, avoid charging your phone close to the bed, so you would have time to rest properly without getting distracted.
