The moment you dial this code you will be prompted to choose the bank from which you want to load the credit from especially if you are using two or more bank accounts.
Your MTN sim or line must be the one the bank has or registered with the bank to be able to use this method, that is the phone number that you use for receiving alert from the bank.
So dial *904*500#, choose your bank and instantly you have been credited.
Bank Recharge Codes
Bank recharges cards are another method of how you can load your MTN Card. MTN and other network providers partner well in this regard. Their partnership allows subscribers to load recharge their lines and that of others from their bank accounts. This is a free service which comes with no service charge. The code varies from one bank to another.

The MTN recharge card comes in two forms.
- Some MTN recharge cards have 17 digits which are loaded using *556*PIN#
- Some MTN recharge cards have 10 digits which are loaded using *3551*PIN#
